A stainless steel, self-furring expanded dimpled metal lath ideal for exterior use over concrete or UL fire-rated sheathing, masonry, and other solid surfaces.
A stainless steel, self-furring expanded dimpled metal lath ideal for exterior use over concrete or UL fire-rated sheathing, masonry, and other solid surfaces as required per ASTM C1780, ASTM C1063. The Stainless Steel Self-Furring Dimpled Lath is manufactured with 1/4" dimpled furring allowing for more thorough plaster embedment into and behind the lath for superior mechanical bonding.
The sheet is manufactured with evenly spaced indentations that hold the metal lath 1/4" away from the surface to be plastered. This results in an even and thorough embedment of the plaster. The dimples are spaced every 4"-6" over the rectangular sheet. This lath is ideal for areas where corrosion is a concern to the plaster surface.
All fasteners or attachments are required to match the same 304 stainless alloy or to isolate non-stainless fasteners via washers to avoid dissimilar metal contact.
