The building and construction specification community recently descended upon Austin, Texas for the CONSTRUCT trade show and educational conference. The event is is one of only a few national trade shows specifically designed to provide the commercial building team real-world, practical products and education solutions. If you design, build, specify, engineer, renovate or operate in the built environment, you should have been at this event.
Designing, specifying and constructing high-performance wall assemblies is a critical component of today’s sophisticated building design. Selecting the right systems and products can lead to a more sustainable structure, increased occupant comfort and safety, and even jobsite efficiencies that result in cost savings for contractors and building owners. With this in mind, ClarkDietrich Building Systems, will dedicate its time at CONSTRUCT 2016 to “Wall Talk” an initiative to jump start industry dialogue about the intricacies of proper wall assembly design.
Welcome to the VantagePoint Blog, the landing place for views and perspectives from ClarkDietrich Building Systems. Whether you’re a frequent visitor, or a passerby who occasionally drops by to read up on the latest in steel framing, we created VantagePoint to serve as a knowledge bank for the latest developments in what is an ever-complex construction process.
As part of the VantagePoint Blog, we launched “On Point” a series of Q&A style blog posts, where we sit down with industry experts both inside ClarkDietrich and outside the company to get their views on the latest trends and topics in their respective fields.
